The large cutting board is a part of the beautiful dark Yami kitchen series, which is made from carbonized ash wood.
The board is garved with an outside groove and a deeper groove that easily can retain the juice from the meat.
Treat with cooking oil to maintain and clean with water and detergent. Dishwasher not recommended.
The scent of the burned ash wood will diminish with time when used.
