Visit on our website.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of our website, e.g. which search terms you use, your IP-address, including your network location and information about your computer. We do this to optimize your user experience as well as our website, and also to target our direct marketing. This is necessary in order for us to create a better muubs.com and so we are able to show you relevant offers.
When you buy a product or communicate with us through our website, we only collect the information you yourself gives us e.g. your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and payment information. This is so we are able to deliver your new items and obtain our obligations to you e.g. in terms of return and complaint. Information about your purchase is also used in order for us to obtain out legal requirement in terms of accounting. When you buy an item vi collect your IP-address to protect ourselves in terms of fraud.
The personal data we collect on your website is deleted no later than a year from your latest visit.
Newsletter
When you sign up to our newsletter, we collect the necessary information like your name, e-mail address and sometimes your phone number. This makes it possible for us to send our newsletters to you.
All this information will be deleted if or when you inform us, that you no longer want to receive this type of marketing. If you wish to unsubscribe our newsletters, please follow the link you will find in the bottom of every e-mail.
Delivery
Information relevant to us delivering your items will be passed on to PostNord, GLS or any other delivery service we may use, so we are able to send your item to you.
External collaborators

This could be in terms of technical services or to improve our website, to send our newsletters or targeted marketing including retargeting. We analyse such log file data strings in anonymised form to optimise our offers and webshop and make them more user-friendly; they also make it possible to discover and correct errors faster and manage server capacity. For example, we can see when the webshop has the highest number of visitors, and can make the necessary data capacity available to ensure that your purchase is completed as quickly as possible. Moreover, we can analyse protocol files in order to discover and correct errors faster in the webshop.
USE OF ANALYTICS TOOLS
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics with Google Adwords, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Facebook Pixel
Our websites use Facebook Pixel provided by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”) If you are redirected to our websites via an ad on Facebook, Facebook will set a cookie on your computer. This conversion-tracking cookie will be set when a user clicks an ad on Facebook. Such cookies expire after 28 days and cannot be used to identify you personally. If a user visits certain pages on our website before the cookie has expired, we and Facebook can see that the user clicked the ad and was redirected to this page. Each individual Facebook customer receives a different cookie, and therefore cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Facebook customers. The data collected by way of conversion cookies are used to make conversion statistics for Facebook customers who have decided to use conversion tracking. The customers will receive information about the total number of users who have clicked their ad and been redirected to a page with a conversion-tracking tag.
