COOKIE POLICY

USE OF COOKIES AND LOG FILES

We use cookies on our websites. The processing of personal data which we collect by way of cookies is based on your consent.

About cookies

Cookies are small text files making it possible to store data related to the specific user on its device when the user visits a website. By way of cookies, it is possible to register e.g. visitor frequency and number of visitors on websites and analyse user behaviour on websites, but they also help us making our offers more customer-friendly. Cookies may be “session cookies” which are deleted when you leave our websites, whereas other cookies are stored on your computer, also after you have closed the browser session, and can be retrieved again the next time you visit the website. If you do not want this to happen, you should disable cookies in your browser.

If you do not want to accept the use of cookies

Most browsers generally accept cookies. You can enable or disable temporary and stored cookies under security settings in your browser. If you disable cookies, some functions on our websites may not be available, and some pages may not be displayed correctly.

Log files

Every time a user visits our websites, user data will be sent via the relevant browser and stored in protocol files, also known as server log files. The data strings stored in this connection include: date and time of the web request, name of the website visited, IP address, referrer URL (the URL you visited before you were redirected to our websites), transferred data volume as well as product and version data of the used browser.

Visitors’ IP addresses are deleted or anonymised after their visits. Anonymisation means that IP addresses are changed so that individual data about personal or factual matters can no longer, or only with a disproportionately high consumption of time, costs and work, be related to an identified or identifiable natural person.

We analyse such log file data strings in anonymised form to optimise our offers and webshop and make them more user-friendly; they also make it possible to discover and correct errors faster and manage server capacity. For example, we can see when the webshop has the highest number of visitors, and can make the necessary data capacity available to ensure that your purchase is completed as quickly as possible. Moreover, we can analyse protocol files in order to discover and correct errors faster in the webshop.

USE OF ANALYTICS TOOLS

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics with Google Adwords, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies” which are text files stored on your computer making it possible to analyse how you use the website. The data about your use of the website which is collected by the cookie are usually transferred to one of Google’s servers in the USA, where they are stored. If the IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google in the EU member states or in other countries forming part of the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only in exceptional cases be transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is shortened. At the request of the website owner, Google uses this information to analyse how you use the website in order to be able to report about the activities on the website to the website owner and thereby offer additional services related to the use of the website and the internet.

Google Analytics transfers the IP address from your browser, but it will not be linked with other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies in your browser settings; however, in that case you may not be able to use all functionalities on this website in full.

You can also prevent that the data about your use of the website (including your IP address) collected by the cookie are registered or processed by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin at this link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=dk.

You can find more information on terms of use and data protection on http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/dk.html and https://policies.google.com/?hl=dk.

Please note that Google Analytics has been expanded with the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” on this website to secure anonymised registration of IP addresses (known as IP Masking).

Facebook Pixel

Our websites use Facebook Pixel provided by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”) If you are redirected to our websites via an ad on Facebook, Facebook will set a cookie on your computer. This conversion-tracking cookie will be set when a user clicks an ad on Facebook. Such cookies expire after 28 days and cannot be used to identify you personally. If a user visits certain pages on our website before the cookie has expired, we and Facebook can see that the user clicked the ad and was redirected to this page. Each individual Facebook customer receives a different cookie, and therefore cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Facebook customers. The data collected by way of conversion cookies are used to make conversion statistics for Facebook customers who have decided to use conversion tracking. The customers will receive information about the total number of users who have clicked their ad and been redirected to a page with a conversion-tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information that may be used to identify specific users.

If you do not want this tracking to take place, you can disable the installation of the cookie that is necessary for the tracking – for example in your browser settings where you can either deactivate the automatic cookie function or disable cookies from the “facebook.com” domain in your browser.

Please note that you should not delete any opt-out-cookies if you do not want analysis data to be registered. If you have cleared all cookies in your browser, you need to enable the relevant opt-out-cookie again.
