The Yami bread board is a beautiful addition to the kitchen and on the table with its dark colour - which has also given the bread board its name Yami meaning "Darkness" in Japanese.
Hang Yami on a rack when not in use to make it part of the decor in your kitchen or place it up against the wall with the flat side down. Yami is designed to be both enjoyed and used.
Serve rustic bread or use the bread board in carbonated ash wood as a traditional cutting board.
The breadboard can be turned over if you need a smooth side.
Treat the bread board with cooking oil in order to maintain it. Clean with hot water and detergent. Not suitable for dishwasher.
The scent of the carbonized ash wood will be reduced with use.
